Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Finality of Consultations

At Astro DK Sharma, we provide personalized astrology consultations and Vedic remedies based on individual birth charts and planetary alignments. Since these services involve dedicated time, spiritual energy, and intellectual expertise, all sales are final.

2. Rationale for Policy

Astrology is a subjective science based on interpretation and faith. The fee charged is for the time and professional effort invested by DK Sharma Ji in analyzing your horoscope. Results and outcomes of suggested remedies can vary from person to person; therefore, the lack of a desired outcome does not qualify as a ground for a refund.

3. Rescheduling Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule:

• Requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
• Rescheduling is subject to the availability of DK Sharma Ji.
• An appointment can be rescheduled a maximum of one time.

4. Duplicate Payments

In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment (the same service charged twice), the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method after verification. This process typically takes 5-7 working days.

5. Non-Delivery of Service

If for any reason DK Sharma Ji is unable to provide the consultation and a rescheduled time cannot be mutually agreed upon, a full refund may be issued at the sole discretion of the management.
