1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website astrodksharma.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Nature of Service (Astrology Disclaimer)

Astrology is a matter of faith and individual belief. While Astro DK Sharma Ji makes every effort to provide accurate predictions and effective remedies based on Vedic sciences, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of any prediction or the success of any remedy (Mantra, Gemstone, etc.).

3. Consultation & Fees

• Consultation fees (e.g., ₹101 for 1 hour) are subject to change without prior notice.
• An appointment is only confirmed once the basic details and required consultation charges are processed.
• Consultation time slots are subject to the availability of DK Sharma Ji.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once a consultation has been provided, the fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be eligible for rescheduling at no extra cost, subject to availability.

5. Privacy & Data Security

We respect your privacy. All birth details (Date, Time, Place) and personal problems discussed during the consultation are kept 100% confidential. Your data will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Use of Gemstones

Gemstones are suggested based on planetary positions. The quality and authenticity of stones bought from external vendors are not the responsibility of Astro DK Sharma. We recommend using certified gemstones for the best results.

7. Limitation of Liability

Astro DK Sharma shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

8. Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh, India.
